VPN Access
1. VPN Software
- Platform: Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
 - Download Link: [vpn.forgemarketing.com/download]
 - Supported Devices: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
 
2. Setup Instructions
Step 1 — Install the VPN Client
- Download the Cisco AnyConnect installer from the link above.
 - Open the downloaded file and follow on-screen prompts.
 - Restart your device after installation is complete.
 
Step 2 — First-Time Login
- Open Cisco AnyConnect.
 - In the Server Address field, enter: vpn.forgemarketing.com
 - Click Connect.
 - Enter your Forge Marketing email and password.
 - Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via Microsoft Authenticator on your phone.
 
Step 3 — Confirmation
- Once connected, you’ll see the “Connected to Forge VPN” message in the taskbar (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
 
3. When to Use the VPN
- Accessing Forge Marketing systems from home, a client site, or public Wi-Fi
 - Connecting to shared drives or the intranet outside the office
 - Working while travelling internationally
 
4. Disconnecting from the VPN
- Open Cisco AnyConnect.
 - Click Disconnect.
 - Close the application to save system resources.
 
5. Troubleshooting
If you can’t connect:
- Check your internet connection.
- Ensure your username/password are correct.
 - Restart your computer and try again.
 
 - If issues persist: Contact IT Support.
