Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access the Trash / Recycle Bin
- Navigate to the Shared Drive.
 - Click “Trash” or “Bin” in the left-hand menu.
 - Browse for the deleted file or folder.
 
Step 2: Restore the File
- Right-click the file/folder → select “Restore”.
 - The file will return to its original folder location.
 
Step 3: If the File is Not in Trash
- Check version history of the parent folder or related documents.
