Login Process
Your login credentials give you access to Forge Marketing’s internal systems, communication tools, and project platforms. Please complete this process on your first day to ensure you can work without interruptions.
1. Receiving Your Credentials
On your first day, you’ll receive a “Welcome to Forge Marketing” email from IT Support.
This email will include:
- Your Forge Marketing email address (format: firstname.lastname@forgemarketing.com)
- A temporary password
- Links to all key systems you’ll need access to
2. First-Time Login
- Go to [webmail.forgemarketing.com] or open your assigned email client.
- Enter your username and temporary password.
- You’ll be prompted to create a new, secure password:
- Minimum 12 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character
- Set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) using your mobile device.
3. Accessing Other Systems
Once your email is active, you can log into:
- HR Portal: [hr.forgemarketing.com]
- Project Management Tool: [projects.forgemarketing.com]
- File Storage: [drive.forgemarketing.com]
- Time Tracking Tool: [time.forgemarketing.com]
Use your Forge Marketing email and your new password for all systems unless told otherwise.
4. Password Resets
- If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
- If locked out after multiple failed attempts, contact IT Support for a reset.
